Residential Coordinator & Quality Controller - Knysna

A luxury hotel in Knysna is seeking a Residential Coordinator & Quality Controller. The ideal candidate has fresh ideas and is highly organized and accurate. This position has plenty of room for creativity, inventiveness, and career growth.

CANDIDATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent

Objectives:

  • Assistance with projects ensuring completion within a reasonable timeframe and to the required standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Recognize residential challenges and creating profitable/operational solutions
  • Monitor and assist in improving property specifications
  • Fill the gap between residential & facilities
  • Precise stock control and tracking
  • Interior of rooms & hotel facilities
  • Upholstery
  • Ensure specification met and enhanced
  • Ordering and following up with suppliers

Key Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Must live in the Knysna area
  • Interest and experience in residential, interior and property matters
  • MS Office essential
  • Strong administration skills including filing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and quality service orientated
  • Flexible with working hours
