A dynamic Hospitality and Tourism Management Group is looking to employ a talented Junior Digital Marketer. This opportunity is perfectly suited for a self-motivated individual who will thrive under pressure and is keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic company.


  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Relevant certifications (SEO) will be advantageous.


  • 18 months – 2 years’ experience working within a digital role
  • Experience and knowledge of working with social media is important
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software

  • Able to work under pressure and meet key deadlines
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the internet (Using the web for research and to further your learning by reading a wide range of online content)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS-Office Suite & Adobe
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics
  • Knowledge of online campaign, digital performance management tools (MOZ, Hootsuite, KISSMetric)
  • Knowledge/Experience of the hospitality and tourism industry is an advantage

Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities

  • Assist with Leading in the development of sophisticated content strategies which accurately address the marketing & brand objectives of the Group
  • Assist with content creation and copy-writing for email marketing, as well as layout and design
  • Assist to collate monthly ad campaign objectives
  • Assist to strategize monthly email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with analysing campaign performance and identifying strategic content opportunities
  • Assist to analyse marketing data and traffic to measure results and identify improvements
  • Assist to create and document digital marketing processes (including SOPs, Templates, FAQs) and communicate with other teams
