Job Description

Experienced Front-End Web Developer

General skills and competencies:

  1. 5+ years of professional development experience
  2. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  3. Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  4. Excellent UI/UX design skills
  5. Experience using Material design
  6. Experience with source control (GIT), build and deployment tools
  7. Good verbal and written communication skills , including working with internal stakeholders
  8. A proven ability to solve problems and pick up new technology quickly.


Required technical skills:

  1. 3+ years of experience developing front-end web applications
  2. Web UI technologies including HTML5, CSS3, significant Javascript, including ES6 and JQuery
  3. Use of VueJS for a released product
  4. Experience of various other frameworks such as React, Angular etc.
  5. Practised in the use of Adobe products including XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
  6. Experience in creating required widgets that may be missing from a theme
  7. Able to work with and feed into design of ReST API specifications


Desirable technical skills:

  1. Vuetify
  2. Experience in use of automated UI testing tools
  3. DevOps experience, including CI/CD (Ideally in Azure)
  4. Use of TDD
  5. Exposure to WordPress a nice to have
