Overview

An exciting new opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst has opened up at one of South Africa’s leading retail groups based in Northern Suburbs, Cape Town. The company is going through a rejuvenation and are looking for qualified and business minded BA’s to join their dynamic team. You will be utilizing your financial and retail knowledge and work together with suppliers to optimize business processes and system functionality in order to execute a business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a BCom Degree, Bcom Honours would be beneficial and/or a Bachelor’s degree or National diploma in information technology
• Association with a registered institution for Business Analysis and/or Project Management

Experience required:

• Good understanding of business process mapping tools such as MS Visio
• Good understanding of Finance systems and processes
• A working knowledge of the retail systems environment
• Implementation of business solutions and Change Management
• Documenting and analyzing informational data
• Must be able to implement and facilitate JAD sessions
• Asses contrasting business solution options and apply business savvy in the decision making process.
• Skilled in testing methodology
