Job Description

Design, develop & implement RPA systems for PKF Octagon Clients and internal departments

  • Design, develop & implement RPA systems. Develop RPA prototypes and proof of concepts.
  • Market and support process automation
  • Understand different RPA tool capability to solve problems during development & deployment.
  • Troubleshooting RPA processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
  • Ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.
  • Guide teams through the entire cycle and review completed work.
  • Perform code review, design review and provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and system integration.
  • Agile decision-making ability to solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation.
  • Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability.
  • Provide technical training to team when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
  • Preparation of process design documents in automation space.
  • Provide IT assistance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Business Partners and Service Providers
  • Work alongside service providers to ensure efficiency
  • Establish a business relationship between the company and new or prospective client

  • SAICA articles preferable
  • Must be Xero certified
